In 1879 Wild West California, prostitute Mary Lou and her friend Rosebud are accidentally gunned down after witnessing the death of Mary Lou’s dim-witted lover Ralph. 100 years later, the Devil recruits the limbo-state souls of Mary Lou and Rosebud to return to their brothel, now a Los Angeles college sorority, to try to bring two newcomers to the place, Ellen and Sue, to make them lose their virginity to their boyfriends in order for them to gain access into swinging Hell.

Seward Sanitarium has been plagued by strange events, all following the takeover of a nearby abbey by Transylvanian Count Dracula. Visiting professor, Van Helsing, believes it to be the work of vampires, and when patients and staff begin turning up dead, realizes that he must act quickly to save the others.

Aunt Peg is a short haired firecracker movie producer who starts her day off by seducing her assistant Bill. Later on, she has a flashback of seducing her brother-in-law. Another flashback follows of joining her friend Alice to seducing a hotel’s African-American waiter. Back in present day, she lets European director Franco employ a casting couch on Seka but demands to join in. She then employs her own casting couch on Micheal Ranger, and lets her secretary Susan join in. Aunt Peg finishes her day off in the back of her limo where she forces herself on her niece Sheila, who soon consents.
